Precision Industrial CNC Machinist

Description of Duties:

• Fabricate, assemble, and process mechanical parts as required to meet specs.

• Assist in the development of diagnostic and work-use tooling for repair.

• Perform in-process inspections as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with Mazak lathes and/or HAAS mills is preferred.

• Experience with CAD/CAM is preferred.

• Good understanding of the fundamentals of machining and milling work.

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on an individual basis in the machining process.

• Understanding of manual and conversational-run lathes.

• Understanding of manual and conversational-run tool room mills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and read blueprints.

• Ability to inspect machined components to specification requirements using precision measurement instruments.
