Spindle Technician
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble machine tool and high-frequency spindles to OEM specification, including bearing replacement, balancing, and testing.
- Inspect and diagnose spindle condition, wear, and runout
- Rebuild spindles with precision bearing replacement and balancing
- Test and verify repaired spindles against OEM specification
- Document work and maintain a clean, safe work area
Industrial Mechanic / CNC Machine Maintenance Tech
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and shop equipment, supporting spindle repair and precision machining operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Support machining and grinding operations as needed
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
What We Look For
The qualities that make a great technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience with CNC machining, grinding, or spindle repair (preferred, not required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
